Dr. Horn graduated from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, School of Osteopathic Medicine in Stratford, New Jersey in 1998. She completed her residency training in Family Practice in 2001 at Our Lady of Lourdes Medical Center in Camden, New Jersey. Dr. Horn attended The College of New Jersey in Trenton, where she received a Bachelors Degree in Biology in May 1992. 

Dr. Horn was a Major in the United States Air Force, Pope Air Force Base in North Carolina from October 2001 thru October 2005, where she managed the clinic’s largest panel. She provided care to 12,400 patients.

Dr. Horn is Board Certified in Family Practice by the American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians.

Dr. Horn has staff privileges in the Department of Family Practice at Saint Clare’s Hospital, 25 Pocono Road, Denville, New Jersey and Newton Memorial Hospital, 175 High Street, Newton, NJ 07860. In addition, she will have staff privileges at Morristown Memorial Hospital in the very near future.

She currently provides patient care at our Sparta, New Jersey, office location.
